Do I need to pay for your service?

No any extra service fee, you only need to pay for product.

How long can I expect your reply?

• Due to time differences, you will hear from us within 12 hours in working days.
• When we are online, message reply will be 1-30 minutes (except for busy moments).

Can I order products beyond your listed models?

Sure, our product experts are committed to finding the best-selected solutions for you.

What customization do you accept?

• Product: color, logo, painting, mandatory ceritificate signs, design.
• User manual: customized languages, or layout.
• Package: printing, design, or stickers, barcodes.
• Outer carton: printing, mark, seal, dimension, weight, etc.

What’s the MOQ requirement?

• Usually 500-1000 pcs per model, based on products and your demands about logo printing and customized package.
• For new customers, trial order is acceptable to test market for some products.

What’s your payment terms and methods?

• Terms: usually 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.
• Methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union (for sample or trial orders only).

When will the goods be shipped?

• Usually about 20-35 days. For models available in stock, 1-3 days.
• And another 1-2 working days for making inspection before shipment.

What’s the shipping methods and time?

• By sea, train, air or express, according to your ordered weight or CBM, freight cost and urgency.
• Can be carried either by our long-term cooperated forwarder or your own appointed forwarder.
• By sea, takes about 30-40 days. By train, about 10-20 days. By air or express, about 3-7 days.

Shall I make custom clearance in my country?

• Yes, you need to know your country’s required certificates, and special custom restrictions or regulations about different products, which may vary from one country to another.
• And after goods arrived, you shall complete the custom clearance process and pay tariff for importing from China.
